HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO BE COMPLETED?
Our production is 10 business days, from the day we receive all required information. For large orders call first.

WHAT IS THE PRODUCT GUARANTEE?
Defects in the material and workmanship will be corrected without charge. Please be aware, that even in the finest crystal, minor variations in clarity can occur. Occasional air bubbles, chill marks, and flow lines are inevitable in blown and molded crystal, because each piece is still the product of personal craftsmanship. Such minor variations are not considered defects in material or workmanship.
